🙌🏻 👁️ Protecting your eyes from blue light, especially from electronic devices, is very important for maintaining eye health. We recommend following some rules when working at a computer:

▫️Use special anti-reflective glasses or special glasses that filter out blue light from device screens.

▫️Багато modern devices have blue light filtering modes, but not all of them, and you should take this into account.  They can automatically reduce blue light emission during the evening.

▫️Синє light affects sleep. Try limiting the use of your devices before bedtime or use night mode on your devices.

▫️Використовуйте maximum natural light and additional lighting in the room.

▫️Використовуйте drops for additional eye moisturizing. Place a humidifier in the room, especially if the air is prone to dryness.

▫️Робіть breaks and do special eye exercises to reduce fatigue.

  • Exercises for working at the computer:
    • Use the 20-20-20 rule: Every 20 minutes, look away from the screen and look at an object at a distance of at least 20 feet (6 meters) for 20 seconds. 
    • Take a one-minute break every 40-60 minutes of computer work.
    • After the exercises, it is useful to sit for a minute with your eyes closed to let them rest.
